Recently went for a massage for a sore back. Establishment is under new management and service is top notch. Very professional and friendly staff. Knowledge as well great care shown towards their profession and in their services. Would highly recommend as go to massage shop for anyone around the area.

Just had the best massage of my life at city serenity. Definitely coming back here. Great location, opposite the apple shop on Hay street just inside central arcade. If you are feeling tight, need a massage and work near by drop in on your lunch break.

This place is a hidden gem right in Perth CBD. Directly across the road from the Apple Store at 160 Central Arcade on Hay Street. I discovered it by accident while getting my phone repaired. Very clean inside with very friendly ladies. I was even able to claim through my health fund. Highly recommended massage services

Wow, wow, wow!! What a fantastic massage! I didn't realise how stiff I was until I got this remedial treatment. My therapist knew exactly why my back was sore, and expertly treated it. It honestly was the best treatment I have had! Will be back next time I'm in Perth for sure!

Had a massage here after healing from a broken collarbone . WOW. My masseus Jan deserves a Nobel pace prize cos I was an angry hurt woman when I walked in .. 45 mins later walked a zen hippie. Many people in my life will appreciate the new me . LolShe worked my muscles and made up for all the neglected physio . Hot stones . And that personal touch of some Asian dencorub . Hidden down an arcade 9-5 hours . Legit authentic therapeutic massage . Jan is a Lovely person . A true Healer. I’m writing this review to recommend to those seeking a hidden gem in the city . I found it . City Serenity massage . 5 stars highly recommend

I found City Serenity Massage on google some months back when looking for a place while i was working in the City for the day and enjoyed the massage so much and how kind, Lena, my masseuse was. Needless to say i have been back regularly and Lena is always making sure i am comfortable and putting extra attention into the few muscle issues i have. For those of us that sit all day i highly recommend the sciatica massage. A big thank you to Lena & City Serenity Massage, i would highly recommend a visit if you haven't been yet. :)
